Eat plenty of "complete protein (milk and animal muscle tissue and fish) and it will steadily grow back at the regular rate of 1/100ths of an inch each day. In a couple of months it'll look great. it grows almost an inch each season, and fall just started.

You should try giving your hair a rest from pulling it back in ponytails. There is also this product by ORGANIC Root Stimulator call Fertilizing Temple Balm that I found that works great on restoring the hair around the temples. By message the area with a great hair oil. Or message the whole scalp and focus more on the temple area.

not sure what happened to the hair, but if you have chemicals in your hair try not putting anymore in for a while......try to avoid pull the hair back in one, avoid brushing the hair to hard......massage that area with some type of hair lotion......
