Fastest. Catch a Carp and eat the belly meat raw. Hopefully you will get a tapeworm. Then loose your weight and get rid of tapeworm if you need to.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Woah, Adam! Why would you give the advice you did, all the while claiming to be a personal trainer?! Well, you may be a personal trainer, but you're certainly no nutritionist!!!

The answer is not to eat less!!! The answer is to eat more. By this I mean that you need to eat 4-6 times a day as opposed to the basic 3 you are probably used to. You're eating more frequently, but the servings are smaller. This will help to boost your metabolism, meaning you will burn more fat!!!

Stick with the basics...natural stuff. No processed foods or refined sugars. Add these items to your shopping list: Chicken breasts, fish (tuna/salmon/tilapia, etc.), sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, broccoli, and things like that.

Exercise is also a must, but you don't have to kill yourself. Avoid snacking unless it's things like a handful of almonds, or beef jerkey, or things like that.

I hope this helps! Don't starve yourself!!!
Good luck!!!

Start running, a lot! Eat less! its not brain surgery, you must keep a negative caloric balance, that is to say burn more calories than you take in. Stay active and eat smart and do it CONSISTENTLY. There are no short cuts.
Stinky beany is quite foolish so allow me to revise. It would help increase metabolism to eat more frequently, not more, there is a fine line here in that you must eat healthier food but not a ton of it. You must cut calories down below that which you burn on a regular basis. The moral is, yes kill yourself (not literally) long term weight loss is a lifestyle change and A LOT of work. You need nutrients to fuel your workouts so don't starve just be smart, the harder you work the more good food you can allow yourself to have. Stinky beany -stick to the basics

Get rid of soda and all caffeine, sugar and things made with white flour. Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. It also helps if you can increase the raw fruits and veggies in your diet. I wouldn't recommend the cabbage soup diet because it gets very boring and then it is hard to stay on. I've tried it. For exercise you can walk or run. Do some sit ups for tummy and lunges and squats for legs and butt.

Losing weight in one week

Losing weight is difficult. But here I am introducing you some tips to lose a small amount of weight in a healthy that that is also within a week.

Steps to losing weight fast

* Get a set of small hand weights, 3, 5 or 8 lbs.

* Do five to ten minutes of weight lifting for a half an hour after each meal. Lie on your back and slowly lift yourself up with weights in each hand. Do this daily for the full seven days.

* Before or after you take a bath or a shower each day, do five minutes of jogging in place, your weights in hand.

* Do not eat greasy foods. Drink only water and fruit juice. Eat a portion of vegetables at every meal.

* In the morning try to eat fruit. Do NOT dump heaps of sugar on your cereal.

* Follow this regimen for seven days and you will see results.

* Take time to cook, Make food look appealing; don't be afraid to try new things. If you're not sure how to prepare or eat things you can go on an online search engine (such as google) and look how recipes and how to eat things.

* It is a shown fact that one of the "weight loss tips" is not true, many of us believe that if we eat late at night the food turns directly into fat. This is only a myth, food is stored all day into fat, it has nothing to do with time. Make sure you eat a lot of protein, this is important because if you don't have enough protein in your diet you will lose muscle and not fat.(Muscle will be burned but not as much). And finally have fun with it! Make up a dance or jump rope to music, getting active doesn’t mean boot camp!

Quick tips

* Eat plenty of vegetables with each meal.

* Drink plenty of water

* Before buying any food, look for carbs, calories and sugar in the ingredients. You'll want to cut down on all three.

If you want to lose weight, you should aim at eating less calories than the calories you need. Go to mypyramid.gov and find out how much calories you needs to eat. Try to stop eating at fast food restaurants like McDonald's or Burger King. try to start drinking more water and to drink less soda. Do not drink juice that has preservatives. Try drinking home made orange juice. Try to go walking every day for an hour and doing exercise for another hour. Also, if you eat chips or chocolate, try to stop. If you do, you might experience changes in your habits of eating. Also try to eat salads. Do not eat the salads at McDonald's because they make you get more fat than the burgers.

Avoid any fatty, oily and carbs food/snaks. Eat right and excersice. I've read if you run for at least 1 hour a day for 6 weeks, you could loose 10-20-lbs!!!

Go for a diet that is right for you, that your comfortable with, not one of those self-starving diets that make you go sick and throwup your food. But like I said, eat right, excercise and avoid the junk food, and you're on your way to loosing those extra lbs!!!

Just cut your calories down to 500 a day and you will easily lose the 20. Eat whatever you like (as long as it adds to 500 calories). You HAVE to be religious about it. That means if you want a burger, that is all you can have for the day. It's not really that hard once your body adjusts.

What ever diet you decide on 20lbs in 5 weeks is unrealistic...you should aim for 1-2lbs a week..if you lose weight too quickly there is more chance you will just put it straight back on ...walking is a good free exercise.
