i wouldn't say that it's exciting when a hot guy stares at you cuz that can get kinda weird but i like it when he's looking at you and tries to look away but he can't help but look at you. makes my day!!

It depends on a lot of things...who the guy is, how well I know him, if he smiles when he sees me notice or just gives me a creepy look, etc.
