Revelation 9:13-15, "And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. The four angels represent God's earthly messengers who are so organized that they deliver God's messages to all the earth's inhabitants. The angels had previously been "bound" or restrained from their ministry. They had been held back from entering fully into the service that their God (Psalms 83:18) had prepared for them. Then the four angels are released on schedule and in time to accomplish what they have to do. They have a commission not only to torment but finally "kill a third of the men" by exposing to a completion Christendom's spiritually dead condition. From 1922 onward and continuing to the present time, this has been accomplished.

My Teacher says some say there places in the spirit world that are exactly like places on Earth. He wonders sometimes if ther
refernences to Eden and these rivers are referring to places in the Spirit world.
The four angels you refer to I think are ahgels holding back the
elemental forces of nature, God has held back from killing us.
