Cook some pasta & at the same time fry 1 tblespoon of Harissa paste (buy it in Tesco/sainsbury/Waitrose) & 2 crushed cloves of garlic for 5 mins.
When pasta one, drain & mix with sauce. Hot & yummy!

Granola bars and a bottle of water. And don't get the ones with chocolate chips and peanut butter all over it. Just get the basic Honey & Oats ones.

slice up vegetables e.g. carrots parsnips beetroot or any you fancy. drizzle them with a little sunflower oil and bake in the oven untill crispy brown and it is so good for you that i make it all the time ( go easy on the oil)

chicken & salsa wrapped in tortillas, chicken or pork skewers with peppers and mushrooms, pitta bread filled with egg mayo (low fat mayo), jacket potato with beans and cheese
also, dip lettuce in sweet chilli sauce - i'm eating LOADS more lettuce than i used to!!!

a fruit salad. strawberries, grapes and pineapple all sliced. it is very healthy part of your five-a-day, it is filling and it is really delicious
