Just relax, calm down and try to talk to her. If you can't talk to her or ask her. Then maybe try writing her a note.

well you just need to calm down and take a deep breath and then sit down and think on what you want to say and how you want to say it, and if you know her really well or some at all you might want to get her somewhere quiet and talk to her or do something that you think that she might like

Just start talking to her one day, get the convo going in the direction necessarily to bring it up, and then ask her if she likes you. Good luck!
