Okay. I know blow drying my hair is bad, I know striaghtning my hair is bad. But i have to do to it every other day if not everyday, because if I don't my hair is a awful frizzy nasty curly mess. What other options do I have?

you can purchase pro products i believe Sebastian has a light spray called Hot Tools designed for those that use "hot tools" on their hair and helps to prevent damage split ends etc. Also get the split ends trimmed every 6 weeks that will help revive and try to use a mint hair mask Rusk makes a great one its thick and will help restore some vitamins back to your hair and revive the cuticles you may have burnt off. dont get razor cuts at the salon as they cut the cuticle which will increase the frizz, try a straigtening shampoo/conditioner and products to complete the look. Try to give your hair a break as much as possible but if its unavoidable try to use a mask for dry/damaged hair with mint and lime extracts. Best of luck!

You can go 3 or so days w/o washing your hair. But some ppl don't like that. If you want to go w/o washing it for awhile, lay off of the oily hair products. There are some hair products that you spray in your hair and it's like "washing" your hair but not really. Just spray it at your roots/scalp and let it dry. Or some ppl sprinkle baby powder in their hair to absorb the oil. They have colored baby powder spray now. I'm not sure where you can get it. I read about it. Rusk has a product you spray to get rid of the oilyness. I spray hairspray at my roots/scalps when it starts to get oily. It helps absorb the oil.

go to the salon a get a blow out- it lasts a few days - or get an ionic dryer and steam straightner - both are more gentle on the hair, and always use a styling product that is a thermal protector as well to keep damage at bay.

mine gets frizzy as soon as it starts to dry so what i do is spray hairspray on it while it is wet. Then i blow it dry. It holds the curly, wet look all day and doesn't ever get frizzy till i comb it out.

good luck!!

I do the same exact thing, but I also highlight my hair every month. My hair dresser suggested Paul Mitchell Super Strengthening Hair Repair. It has worked so far, maybe you could try that.

Get Frizz-Ease Serum and put it in your hair when you get out of the shower and it should keep it from being frizzy!
