Take them to the local park and let them play and excercise. It will give you the chance to catch up on reading or something while they play and get tired.
Age appropriate board games are also fun when you have the time. It also encourages mental and social skills development.
An age appropriate movie or educational t.v. show is good for down time. I wouldn't do that for more than a couple of hours or so a day though. Ideally, on a set routine so they come to expect it daily and make your day planning easier.
Educational toys and dolls, etc, for kids in that age group can keep them independently busy for hours each day.

I would say Skydiving,maybe in 20 years,but how about,reading to them or just a walk through the park, or playing in the yard

my sister does a course named isp for her daughter who is 21/2 yrs but it can be done for 8 years child too

children love paints. so u can make them draw and then paint with sumthing different everyday. like using sponge, scrubber, paintbrush, paper ball, wool wound around a paper ball, hand prints, vegetable printing,
