You can get them on www.letstalk.com for free. I got my wife one for free there and myself a new PEBL (which is more expensive and newer than the RAZR) for free as well. Its a great website, way cheaper than any brick and mortar stores.

I have searched all over the net trying to get one cheap but that phone is so popular that it is hard to even get a used one. new ones sell for around 200 they retail for around 300if you sign a contract for 2 years some will give you one free but they know they will get at least 1200 out of you in 2 years

If you don't mind signing up to a contract then that is the best way to go.
Otherwise ebay is your best bet as there are always lots of phones on there.
