I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 4.6 V8. I already have a Helix throttle body spacer and a Cat BAck dual exhaust. I would like more torque and a little more horsepower. Without damaging my motor, what can I do?

no yet extra ideal tires and new products lower than the hood. you could rewire it if that can help you what you dont like. i had to purpose this to mine because when I grew to change into it off if i left the air on then it would turn on and kill my battery. in case you dont understand vehicals then take it to a keep.
