I know perfectly well that an MRI scan would show it but here in mexico we have no nhs and the cheapest scan is the tomography so please let me know and if you have a source or link even better

I´m sorry, but a regular CT scan will not show malformations of veins or arteries. A CT angiography may do it but not the regular. The reason is that the blood movement in the vascular system cannot be detected by the CT and is deleted from the final image.
