yes, but the couple aren`t allowed to be intimate before the sunset since the Muslims fast during the days of the holy month of Ramadan from a lot of things including food, water, sex between a husband & a wife ,..etc. so that they can feel the pain of those who were deprieved from these things

Yes, it is not prohibited , but it is not nice in the same time , So most prefere to pospone it till ramadan finish .
