There is NO such thing. The idea is to reserve Medi-cal for people who have no assets to tap. If you do, then you're abusing the system and quite frankly, if you get caught you should go to jail as many deserving people need the system and may not qualify.

That said, there are several items they don't count against you, including the equity in your home.
