If you do not accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior then when you die you will go to a literal place called hell. The Bible says all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. The good news is that Jesus paid our sin debt for us and all one has to do is accept his sinful nature and pray asking Jesus to forgive his sin and tell God he accepts Jesus payment for that sin. Serve the Lord with your heart, mind, and soul!
P.S. This is the most important decision one will ever make.

Probation means no jail. You will probably get fined, court costs and restitution. If you screw up on probation you can be sent straight to jail after a court hearing. Most places I have lived, you get a minimum 10 year strech and now a days you do 70 - 75% before becoming able to even ask for parole.
Also, since you are underage, the people you stole from can sue your parents for damges. You better home that your family still has a house in a year.

Chances are that if you have a probation officer and face a pre-trial for a crime, you'll be requested to have a lawyer. If your mother can't afford it, one will be assigned to you.
Depending on the judge, the state prosecutor, and what happened, they may send you to detention. Normally, the first time they put you on suspended detention orders, they give you a break in probation until you fool around again. If they send you to detention, you are locked up two weeks before you have a review hearing where they see if you go back, or get out under your mom's custody. Not without telling you a barrage of rules you are to follow whether you like it or not. Either that, or they put you on house arrest wearing a monitor, and/or assign your case to court counseling services.
Bottomline, dress nicely, express regrets (and mean it), ask for help to control yourself, and make good decisions. Your mama does not need any more heartache

If you've been put on probation, chances are IF you keep your nose clean you won't have to go to jail. Yeah, you probably will have a certain number of hours of community service you'll have to do. You'll probably have some fees to pay, but that can be spread out over a year or so depending on how long your probation is for. As long as you don't get into trouble again, you'll be fine and will most likely never see the inside of a jail cell...
Hopefully, you've learned your lesson.

If you are meeting w/a probation officer, obviously you should be on probation.
If you have three counts of theft, you SHOULD be in jail, b/c obviously you haven't learned anything !

tell him ya so!! If he replaced into became off by using it, he could have merely disregarded you and not teased you approximately it. tell him, he'd be an fool to no longer know you have been crushing on him, and your merely sorry it took you writing a notice to determine it out. yet you gotta say it with a grin and somewhat sexy attitude. do no longer act bizarre or diffrent....have faith me, he teased you approximately it, it rather is okay. Now bypass ask him what he's gonna do approximately it, or, I choose the ambitious approach, and merely supply him a huge ole kiss and get it over with...reliable luck

I don't know what is going to happen to you.
What I do know is that it's about time for you to get your s*** together and stop acting up.
If this is just a cry for attention, try some other ways, like talking to kids about what not to do and stay out of trouble!

well, you are not going to jail ...you are underage. you will probably get comm service or go to juvie. but your mom may be in trouble though. you are a minor so she might be held accountable. read up on your states law - all your bad assing may have whirled your ma into trouble.

sounds like you'll only be on probation (which means don't screw up again) and will not go to jail.
