If you lost it and don't know the # go to the office that issued it. You may need your birth certificate or SS#. You can call before you go to see if any of these documents are required. In our state State Dept of Public Transportation -DriversLic. Bureau issues them.

If you don't know where to find it and you actually have a license I think you should go to the DMV and tell them you would like to return it to them because your not smart enough to be on the road.
