Oh . By the way . my kids are grown ...And I am helping them with a place and all. I always feel like I am mean. I do the dishes and clean up all the time. I just don't understand why.

running a household is hard work girl, just like any job, and no company can run with one person doing it all so get help if you genuinely need it.

Are you talking about asking your kids for help? If so, then it is your obligation to teach them about chores, cleaning, dusting, window washing, laundry, cooking, etc. DO NOT APOLOGIZE EVER AGAIN FOR ASKING FOR HELP. In fact, don't ask them to help, provide them with a chore chart that they are expected to assist you with. They live in your home, and are essential to the up keeping and running of their home. Use chores as a teaching tool. It will help them out when they are out.

maybe you should find things to do outside of home your kids are grown. find you a hobby or get involved in community services noones home but you and your spouse so get out and start doing things that you would enjoy. maybe you should seek professional help this could be a medical problem.

you should get help with the chores,, each person living in the house should have choirs that get completed before they are allowed to eat
