Yes. We may have theological and tautological disagreements, but the ideal is that we recognize our common humanity and treat others with the same respect we would wish to be treated with. All must follow the convictions of their hearts, whether that be theistic or atheistic or agnostic.

1st Corinthians 9:22 When I am with those who are oppressed, I share their oppression so that I might bring them to Christ. Yes, I try to find common ground with everyone so that I might bring them to Christ.

of course...we need to live together here on earth but it would be nicer to have you in heaven as well but for that you DO HAVE TO accept Christ into your heart.
