`Just because you don't understand doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with them.
You must learn that they are vastly superior to you (and me) and they don't need a reason that you can discern to do anything they wish. After all, the household staff isn't supposed to question the behavior of their betters.

They are playing. And, are happy. My cat does this especially when the temperature has been really hot then we have a cool down spell. She jumps around from furniture to furniture looks out the window then runs and jumps some more. I think she has an imaginary friend, because she will meow, then jump and run and bat her little foam balls and toys around. This will go on for any where from half an hour to an hour. Then she takes her little cat nap.

Not only has my cat done this but she also chases her tail. It is the funniest thing to watch. This just means that they are happy and want to show it off. Sometimes my cat will be running all around the apartment then all of a sudden find a spot and fall asleep. Cats are weird but cute! Its normal.

I agree that this sounds like a working canines, border collie consistent with probability? I unquestionably have a border collie- too clever for his or her very own sturdy! : ) My canines is 6 months previous, and went by this to boot. as a good distance with the aid of fact the biting on the hand/arm and the pant leg...i attempted each thing, snapping, clapping, spraying a water bottle, no longer something worked...i necessary something that would thoroughly disrupt his prepare of theory and capture his interest. I took an empty coke can, placed a pair of pennies in it, and lined the proper with duct tape; shake it, and that is an extremely demanding noise. For a on an identical time as, I carried it around the residing house and each and every time my canines began one in all his undesirable conduct, i might shake it and he might quit. It quite catches his interest and because he does not like the noise, he learns that he shouldn't do it back. It in easy terms took some situations in the previous he stopped the undesirable conduct all mutually. you may verify you shake the can suitable with the aid of fact the canines is doing it, with the aid of fact then he acquaintances the sound with that right habit. With the barking- my canines additionally barks at strangers on walks, at random ones nevertheless. I took the can with me as quickly as, and it worked properly, yet I shop forgetting to seize it on my way out the door. Now while my canines sees me attain for the can, he's conscious I propose employer. the excellent of success to you!

It's just their way of playing. I have 4 cats, but there is one that does the same thing, jumping around, galloping through the house with her head held high and her tail wagging like crazy. She's quite a frisky little thing!

It's just playing. Cats get suddent spurts of energy that have to be worked out.
And neutered is the correct term for an altered male cat.

Mine does the same thing, its just them playing. She will jump high and crazy like she has had way too much crack...which we dont give her. Just last night she was running from one side of the house to another jumping from object to object. It sounded like we had a burgler in our house, going through everything. She is very funny to watch. Your cat isnt crazy, well in that sense anyway. Its like they have a hair up their butts.

They do it because they can. They're cats! We call it having "the rips," as in, "they've got the rips." BTW, male cats are neutered. Cats are just unique; they sense things that we can't and they react to them. Sometimes the are simply playing. Be thankful that they're healthy and, yes, it's normal.
