I do think they have that ability. Remember, they are not able to speak our language, so they are not trained to think the that paranormal is "not" normal. I think the same is true for infants -- before they are trained to only see what physically lies in front of them. (ever see a baby looking at something an coooing, but couldn';t figure out what they were looking at?) Anyways, just my 2 cents.

Im sure it is possible and you are going to get mixed reactions. My dogs hear anything they look for the source. If they can't find it most of them bark and send off a chain reaction through the house. Sometimes when they do find it they bark. My dogs bark when they don't know what something is which is the younger ones anymore. The older ones have caught on they don't need to bark at every shadow or fly.
Its would take a lot to convince me that something happened unless I were the one investigating. I do believe animals sense much more than people. Many times I was oblivious to what was going on but they knew.

Dogs can detect air currents and changes in temperatures much more sensitively than we can. It's possible, I'm sure, but you must take a realistic approach to anything paranormal. The only reason I don't just laugh off the subject, is because of TAPS (Ghost Hunters, seen on SCI FI). Unless something is scientifically ripped apart until it is clear it is true, I don't pay it any mind.

They usually say the innocent and opened minded can see spirits, like young kids and dogs. I have to agree. My youngest brother recently passed away, and I and the two dogs still live in the house that he lived in. The one dog was my brother's and there is my young Lab who my brother got for me right before he died. Since he passed I hear noises like doors shutting and footsteps. The dogs will run to the base of the stairs barking but as the reach the stairs they sit, look upward and wag their tails. In the room that my brother spent the last couple weeks of his life my dog will often get up and run into the room like he is greeting someone. He stairs at something I can not see and actually follows it around the room. He jumps and wags his tail. I get kinda of freaked out especially when my brother's dog joins in and begins crying. They really act like they are interacting with someone. So I really have to say they do. Both dogs meant the world to my brother and I believe he is still here. I can not see him but I believe they do because their minds are free and not closed of to the unexplained.

I totally think dogs and children can see things we cannot. I read in a book about ghosts that humans have a sixth sense but as we get older we sort of "turn it off". Dogs and Children haven't yet stopped using their sixth sense and thats why they are often the ones who react to things we cannot see!

My 25 yr. old step-daughter who lived with us passed away this last February in a tragic accident. My puppy was bought a few months later, but sometimes she will just stare at her room and growl and bark. When she does this, I just say "Hi Christi". If she's there, I might as well be cordial☺

Yes I do, I have had dogs that would go into the room my husbands 1st wife died in and there are times that they stand at the door and barks and you can't get them to go in there. It doesn't happen all the time, but I have had experiences with her myself. Dogs have a sixth sense that humans don't have

I think it is entirely possible. Animals have much keener senses than humans do.

I do think they see things and feel things that we can not see or feel, they may even with their wonderful noses smell things that we do not.
