I do. I have someone who sticks with me, closer than a brother- He is my friend. Jesus.

I don't know about "everyone", but I personally do. There are several examples, but a fast one is tithing. Even when I have unexpected bills, as fuel in winter, and electricity in summer, sometimes I don't think I am going to make it, but God is faithful. Another time was a very painful situation I was going through about a year and a half ago, a broken relationship with my son , I thought I'd be better off dead, but how could I slap God in the face like that? I wrote in my journal everyday, crying out to Him, asking for relief and just out of the blue, my prayers were answered in the most joyful way . I look at my life as a long road, I can't see the beginning or the end but He can. He knows exactly where I am and what I need. All I can see is where I am at right now, have to trust Him, there is no other way.

Yes, and I rely upon my faith during the good times too. I am thankful during the good times, for I am grateful for His blessings. I rely in Him to see me through all aspects of my life, this includes the bad. Why? Because with faith, there is hope.

I think "Faith" is a very broad term, that one can go on forever talking about. However, personally to break it down to my understanding, I think what people do is to stay positive at the time of crisis, and look beyond the problem. And this is done discreetly using "Faith" in a deity, or person, or on one's ownself, as a shield. Faith is just another operative word, the main objective of which is to remain positive when thrown a trying situation, just that people do it in various forms, that 's it!!!!!

Yes,

I know that when times are hard it's BEST to rely on my faith. Why? Because it's true.
Because Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ live and love me and want me to be happy.
Because if I rely on my faith, then the Holy Ghost will be my companion and then will be able to guide and direct me where to go during those tough times to either help ride them out, or send me in a better direction.

I don't rely on my faith I rely on God. I seek help with him and him alone.

A little while back my husband lost his job and we had 2 small children. He was having a hard time finding a new job. I told my husband to rely on God and our provsions would come. And sure enough they did.

When times get hard i always rely on logic and reason. Try common sense, it beats faith any day.

YES.I rely on my Lord's wisdom.

It is easy to believe in Christ but faith comes with time. When you have been trying to fix your life yourself, and you learn that you can leave it all to Christ...much better. I pray about it.

I doubt it.
I think the first thing they ask themselves why me lord.
As for your example, if you are in need of money the first thing you will do is think about who you should borrow it from. You will never sit and say that God will send someone to give you money.

Not if you don't have any... When times get hard on me, I just rely on my brain, on my friends' advice, or on a million other things. Not on faith.

In all times I rely on my faith - my faith in reason and intellect.
