This is the sequence in digestion.
Starch and Carbs are converted to sugar.
Sugar is converted to glucose.
Glucose is covert ed to Fructose(a type of sugar).

Insulin is required to cause this reaction.

In a diabetic patients, excess fructose shows up in blood test.

The diabetic patients cannot have the external sugar for consumption. So the fructose being a natural form of sugar, will provide instant energy to the diabetic patients and will also not effect the diabetic patients health.

it is also a type of sugar found in fruit mostly.
it also adds to blood sugar, so need to be watchd the intake of fructose for Diabetics.
