This is what Mark Marrone said:

Dear Petkeeping friends,
Petkeeping with Marc Morrone ended its long run on television on September 17. Thank you for tuning in these past three years to see me, Harry, Dixie, Murphy, Harvey, and all my pets. It has been a pleasure to share with you my fascination and love for all creatures and to teach you how to care for your furred, feathered, finned, and 'phibious friends. I hope my bazillion stories, facts, tips, and tricks helped make you more knowledgeable, more responsible pet guardians.
Don't forget: You can still call in with your pet questions on Friday nights at 8 p.m. ET on Sirius Radio. I would love to answer them. For now, my pets and I will be spending more quality time with one another and with my family. But you never know when or where "the guy with all the different animals" will pop up next. Be sure to keep your eyes open and your ears perked for news about your favorite petkeeping squad and me, Marc Morrone.

Remember — every pet, no matter how big or small, is entitled to the best possible care.

Tootles,

Marc Morrone

The reason most shows get cancelled; they're not bringing in the ratings. I thought his show was good, but hardly ever knew when/where it was on. Sometimes a show's success depends greatly on the network's decisions; a bad time slot can send even the best of shows down the crapper.

Well, IMHO it was because while he had great advice he lacked severely in having a very capitvating personality. Too low key. Take at look at the personality that Cesar Milan has and look at Mark Morrone's.....see the difference?
