first thing I would do is to think about what the family members have said and see if any of the advice is helpful. After accessing that I might go back and ask some of them with good idea a few more questions. Then I would make a list of all the pros and cons of the problem adding in how I feel about it. Then after reviewing all the information i would make my decision. Some of that family advice might just help me make the decision that is right for me. It does not mean that they told me what to do.

Well, I would certainly listen to my family's advice because chances are anyone I would ask would be older than me, therefore, has probably experienced more things in life than me...however, it would not mean I would do exactly what they told me to do...I would take the advice and then really think about the decision I had to make because honestly the only person's decision that matters is the person who needs to make the choice, especially if it affects their life in a lot of ways.

I would say if your younger than 25 you should listen to your family. They have more life experience than you do.
If she is older I would take their advice into consideration but ultimately you have to decide for yourself. She is the one that is going to have to live with her decision. Just make sure you know as much information about you decision that you can possibly learn. Be smart do your research before you make any life altering decisions.

I would listen to their advice, but I would make sure my decisions line up with the Word of God, since I am a Christian I want all of my decisions to be pleasing to God and I also think He gives us our families to help us out.

That's the only place I look for help ... my family ... screw shrinks, counselors, and psychiatrists ... nobody knows me like my family and nobody wants what's best for me than my family ... !

It's not always what you want to hear ... but most of the time somebody in my family has been through or is going through some of the hard times that I'm looking for help with ... they've all been there and done that sorta speak and I know they've pulled through it some how and I will too ... !

If you want the best advice family is the #1 place to go. Know one loves or cares like your family. Sounds like they didn't tell her what she wanted to hear so she will keep asking till someone does.

Family will always mean well, but their answers are always biased. Take their advice along with others before making a final answer.

It depends on what the decision is. My best advice is to pray about you. God will give the right answer.

i would take it into consideration, but would not base my choice on that. She needs to make her own decision, in the end she is the only one who has to live with it.

Obviously yes. Someday you'll realice that your family always wants the best for you.
