I think that the best thing to break a fast with is fresh fruit and fresh fruit juices. Neither is taxing to the system. Good luck.

If you've been seriously fasting, like 4 days or more, then you should satrt with fruit, or fruit juice. Its easily digested, and gentle on the stomach

surely you close, or break your fast with food, not open it.

Break fast is nominally designed for such a purpose, try a nice bowl of wheatie-brekko-pop-flakey-snaps
