there is an afterlife, you will either be with God in heaven, or have to spend all eternity away from God and be in hell. If I was to go to heaven, my first reaction would be to cry because I was so happy to be with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, one and only Son of God!

I'd say, "Hi are you Pete?" then I would let the entity do the talking for a few minutes to see if I could gather some information. I would also look through the gate to see what was going on inside. I would cuss silently to myself because I hadn't believed the made-up stories about the gate, but then immediately after cussing silently to myself, I would stop and see whether anyone had noticed me doing that. I would stall for time as much as possible, ask about the cover charge, see if it included a wrist band or a hand-stamp, fumble with my ID, look around to see if I recognized anyone, try to figure out just what my options were.
But I don't expect an afterlife or a gate or a gatekeeper. I'm just scoring my two points and playing along.

So there is an afterlife, interesting. Tell me... which religion was closest to being right? And can I get a glipse of the whole universe's spacetime, all of it, before I talk to the guy in charge here? I never believed in free will so I'd like to see how that fares.

Your wording of this question makes it hard to understand. Here's a reply to the question I think you're asking: I would not be surprised that someone is at the gate. I'd expect him/her to be cordial and loving. I'd fear that she'd know too much about the stupid things I've done on earth. I'd be embarrassed, frankly. But I would expect overall to be shown love and compassion. Jesus said that if you come to Him and confess your sins while on earth, He would see that you are forgiven and cared for in Heaven. Enough said.

I would be amazed then I think I would look for a way over the gate without going to the man in charge. Maybe I would be like Oh Sh!t! I really am glad that I don't believe in that. No sense in worrying about it all now.

Jesus tells us that the gate into Heaven is narrow and not many will pass through...but the path to follow Satan is wide...
There is no charge to get into Heaven. You only need to accept Jesus into your heart and repent of your sins.
May all find the grace of the living God and His Son Jesus!

I would tell the entity I had come to adjust the happiness meter because some people had been complaining they were only moderately pleased.
