Depending on how well you know her, call her and ask how she's feeling, maybe if she needs anything. It shows that you care. If you know her well enough, send her some flowers and/or a teddy bear along with a 'get well' card. Nothing goes unnoticed.

If you are really good friends with her, it's okay to go see her. If you are not really friends with her, it is not appropriate to go see her at her house...she may not want you to know where she lives.
Wait until she comes back to school, and then tell her how you feel.
