I don't know about any places in Spain, but in England you can find a variety of Carob products in Holland and Barratt and usually in local independent health food stores as well.

chocolate beans are usually grown in the carribean due to the climate. however obtaining english chocolate in spain is limited to english shops or online which is good.

Seems to me any healthfood store will carry carob based products.
