He means that most men want a relationship, but that women can be "evil" in their ways. Basically, it's a double edged sword. Most men want the relationship and want to have someone, but do not always want what comes along with it.
That is what he meant by it. Men need companionship (the necessary part) and women can be evil in their ways.

Dont talk to strangers? Plz. All these girls who say that have really low self esteem. Everyone was a stranger at one time. As for ur question, he wasnt been serious at all. I think he meant that guys do need girls and sometimes it is difficult to deal with but still keep wanting u to stay.

neccessary means have to have. evil means marked by anger, irritability, irascibility. It is an oxymoron. It goes back to the old cliche "You can't live with them and you can't live without them.

i think he just got his heart broken and at this moment he is angry and taking it out on all women. I remember I cheated on my ex boyfriend in high school and he called me the devil. i think hes just having a hard time with it or maybe thinking about being gay and trying to find out if you were.
