Well, some cities make a lot of money by providing space for that garbage and want to take it.
What is a city to do if they have no place for it?
I do think it is so very important that all communities develop a plan to reduce waste and to recycle. It is amazing how much you can cut down on the amount of trash going to the landfill by this plan.

i think its a very practiacl idea, especially if the town in question cant keep up with the growing demands for its garbage. towns that accept it also make revinue for taking it. sounds like a win win, but theres too much waste in the world as is
