This is an easy and hot recipe for the sauce:
1 12oz bottle Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 pkg dry Zesty Itlaian Dressing
1 pkg dry Ranch Dressing

Mix together.
I put chicken in a large resealable plastic baggie and pour the sauce mixture in. Refridgerate at least 30 mins. Longer is better.
There are 2 ways I cook them, either put in a glass pyrex dish (13x9 ) works well, ( chicken, and all the sauce ) cook in oven about 45 mins to an hour at med temp.
Or, cook on grill ( in pan ) then remove pan and put wings on the grill to brown up a bit. Either way it turns out good and hot.
When cooking just make sure there is enough liquid in bottom of pan so things don't burn. If it needs more liquid, just add a little water.

BEST BUFFALO WINGS (HOT WINGS)

Chicken (wings, legs, your preference)
Texas Pete Hot Sauce
Sticks of Butter

You want to cook the chicken first. Bake the chicken in the oven at 375 degree's. When the chicken is almost done, begin the sauce.
In a large pot, place enough sauce and butter to allow the chicken to be submerged. I use 1 stick of butter for every 12 oz. of Texas Pete sauce.

Add the chicken into the pot and heat on a low heat for several hours. A small amount of bubbling should be noticable. How long will decide how tender the chicken comes out.

When your ready to eat, spoon the chicken out, noticing the tenderness of the meat and how it may separate from the bone. Too long may make all of the chicken fall apart though

Hot Buffalo Wings
Creamy Roquefort dip:
1/2 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream
12 chicken wings, disjointed
Oil, for frying
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup hot red pepper sauce

In a medium size bowl, cream the Roquefort and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the remaining ingredients and blend well. Chill for 2 hours. Using a fryer or a large pot, heat oil to 350 degrees F. Deep fry the wings until golden and crispy, approximately 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, melt the butter, add the hot sauce and heat thoroughly. Immediately toss hot wings into sauce. Place wings on a platter and serve with creamy Roquefort dip.

Buffalo Wings:

Prep: 35 min.; Bake: 1 hr., 5 min. You can bake both pans of wings at the same time. Just switch rack levels and turn pans halfway through the baking times. To make the wings spicier, add more hot sauce here or at the table.

6 pounds chicken wings*
4 (0.7-ounce) envelopes Italian salad dressing mix, divided
1 cup butter, melted
1 to 1 1/2 cups hot sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried basil
Ranch dressing

Cut off wingtips, and discard; cut chicken wings in half at joint, if desired. Place 1 package Italian salad dressing mix in a large zip-top plastic bag; add half of wings, and shake to coat. Arrange coated wings in a single layer on a lightly greased rack in an aluminum foil-lined 15- x 10-inch jelly-roll pan. Repeat procedure with 1 package Italian salad dressing mix, remaining half of wings, and another jelly-roll pan.

Bake at 425° for 35 minutes or until browned. Remove pans from oven, and reduce heat to 350°.

Stir together remaining 2 packages Italian salad dressing mix, butter, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; add wings, and toss until evenly coated. Return wings to racks in pans, and bake at 350° for 30 more minutes. Serve with Ranch dressing.

*2 (3-pound) packages frozen party-style chicken wings, thawed, may be substituted.

Yield: Makes 10 to 12 appetizer servings

Deep fry your wingies first. Then whip up sauce of 1 stick butter, 1/3 cup Louisiana Wing Sauce (or your favorite), and 1 packet of Good Seasonings Italian dressing powder. Coat them in that and bake them a little bit at 350F. I've always gotten raves!

Fry up some chicken drummies or wings, you don't need a batter just some oil. Then toss them in whatever sauce you prefer, I like a mixture of sweet-ish barbeque sauce and texas pete. You can just buy a bottle of wingsauce at the grocery store.

There are several ways that they could be make. Some people season their chicken and fry it without flour on it. After frying it is dipped in the sauce of your choice (alot of over the counter brands) but, I like to make my own trappey hot sauce butter and a little garlic, with celery and ranch on the side. We usually fry 10lbs of them.

You can buy powdered sauce from the grocery store. Mix with water, and oil I think, and then you put that all over the little chicken wings, and stick it in the oven. MMMMMM, so good!
