I assume you're looking for a web site that will teach you how to program in C. Google is your friend. I did a search of "learning to program in C" and found this site:

There were others.
If you search Amazon, you can also find a bunch of books that look good. I did a search of beginning c programming.
Borders has an excellent computer book selection. You can find very good books there to help you out.

Get on GOOGLE search and do your own search talk to the teachers.

search for c tutorials on google u'll find it there n choose d best which suits u may be by balaguruswamy or may be by yashwant kanetkar

C is a great language, but so is English...learn that first.
