If you bought this car new, and you have a record of constant repairs then do what my son did with his "new car" which happened to have been a "lemon"...call the manufacturer, by-pass the dealership as they will probably keep you coming back until the warranty runs out. After getting the "run around" from the dealer who sold my son his car, my son finally called the dealer and told him he was bringing the car down to the dealership with the word "LEMON" painted on the side of it. Then he hung up the phone, called the manufacturer and demanded to talk to management and told them the same thing...within 15 minutes one of the top excutives called my son telling him to take the car to a specific dealership and the car would be fixed at no cost to him or it would be replaced! By all means please remain honest and DON'T pass this money pit off on someone else...no on deserves an undependable vehicle in this day and time...

I had the same situation a few years back. I gave mine to the local humane society. Many charities will take cars, running or not, and give you a tax deductible receipt. Some will be listed in the local paper under 'Wanted'. I had to ride the bus for about a year before getting another car, but I was really happy that I got a used Toyota Corolla. Best car I ever had. Has 123,000+ miles and runs like a champ. Nothing like the 'lemon' before it.

I don't know but when you find out let me know. I have the same prob. I have a piece of juck. I can't afford to fix it. I paid 8000 for it three years ago and now it's only worth 500 so selling it or trading it in are not really options. I can't afford a monthly payment anyways. You can at least take comfort in knowing that you are not the only one.

You can ALWAYS sell a lemon car on Ebay; ALWAYS. I don't really know the condition of this car, but if it runs then you could get a couple thousand, if not then you could sell it as a parts car or a project car. Just list it on Ebay. You'd be suprised at the crappy cars that sell for a lot on there.

Go to a buy here pay here place with $500 and they will put you in something drivable. As for the other car you can sell it for what you can get or you can drive it to your local junkyard, you might get $50 for it.
