Yes that would definitely affect all other aspects of your life. Think about it - you are at your job 5 days a week all day, you only get 2 days off, on those 2 days you have to cram in everything that you need to get done, take a rest from the week, and maybe find some time to do something fun which is hard because you are so bummed out about your job. On the days that you work you are there all day and only have a few hours in the evening to yourself & family. Then you have to go to bed and try to sleep, if you even can because your shitty job is on your mind. If you hate your job, which takes up most of your life, you are miserable. When a person is miserable they usually become depressed. Depression affects everyone and everything in your life.

I know you have probably thought of this but try to find another job because it is horrible to live that way, believe me I know. Seeking counseling may benefit you also and there is nother wrong with that. No matter what tho' get away from the thing that is making you miserable. Good Luck!

Yes, it can lead to a nervous breakdown. Find a new job or try to transfer to another job with the same company. You may have to take a pay cut but that is way better than the alternative.

absolutely! During my worst job, I had unbearable stomach aches, my hair fell out, acne popped up, and I couldn't bring myself to do anything on the weekends! I'd cry on Sunday nights, and I was always sick! I know it takes a while to find a new job, but start looking now, and sooner or later you'll have something that you love! Good luck!

Yes.. I am feeling the same way. But for me it's because I shutdown the best parts of myself in order to function in a difficult environment. You do that long enough and you begin to feel completely disconnected from yourself. Time for a big change for me... life to to short to sell it for little or nothing. And when I'm gone, I hope they remember more than... she made a lot of money.GG
