The main difference is: Jesus (peace be upon him) is considered God in Christianity, while in Islam he is a Messenger of God - not son of God or God in human form.
Muslims also reject the Trinity, we Muslims believe God does not have son nor the father. Holy Ghost is also mistaken in Christianity as being God again, Holy Ghost is Angel Gabriel in Islam.
Therefore current Christians got all wrong. Other than that the message is the same. To worship in One God.

-Christians believe in trinity, they believe god is the Son (jesus) the father, and the holy spirit. Muslims believe God is one, and that he has no Son or father, rather Jesus was a prophet God sent to the ppl.
-Christians believe that when you believe in Jesus he becomes your Savior, and you eventually go to heaven. Muslims believe that you will go to heaven because of the good deeds you have done, and because of god's mercy on his servants.
-Both religions have a holy book that they follow...but the only diffrence in the books is that the christians Bible was translated, but the Quran (koran) is in the same form it was revealed in.
-Both religions prohibit lieing, cheating, fraud, adultery (fornification), stealing, and every other thing that is known to be bad.
-Both religions believe in many of the prophets such as Abraham (known as Ibrahim in Arabic), Moses, John, David, Noah, Ishmael, Joseph...e.t.c. only the Muslims believe in Jesus as a prophet.

They both actually believe in Jesus Christ. But Islamics believe that Jesus was only a great prophet, while Christians believe that Jesus Christ is the Savior, the Messiah.
