Just label it with "pañuelos". No need to write the whole" caja de pañuelos" sentence. With just the first is more than obvious as to what the box contains.

You know actually what is the word more used when refered to such objects in many countries in latinamerica? Kleenex. Yes, as easy as Kleenex. "pasame un kleenex" donde estan los kleenex? etc.

It's called "Caja de Pañuelos" but you may use also "Caja de tissues". Both of them are used here... :)
