Simple, just back off a bit and just be like yea watever to whatever he has to say or any of his actions....in a few days you will see the change trust me! even if it eats you up inside and you really want to say something to him DONT! if a guy knows he is upsetting you, he will do it even more, not to make you upset but just so they can see you care. Guys work weirdly so you gotta try and think weirdly to overcome their problems seriously if you are feeling low, I think it may be time to consider to end it if things dont improve. and you can never change a leopards spots, so dont get caught up trying. I have learnt a lot of lessons in my life and none of them have been great but I do kinda know that if a guy is making you this upset now, then think about what it will be like in 5 or 10 years?? do you want that? take care and best of luck xx

I have been in exactly the same situation. I tried everything I could think of and nothing worked long term. We eventuially broke up. I am not saying you should break up with him.... I do think you should talk to him and try to work things out but if you aren't happy then that is a decision you have to make for yourself.

it sounds like u guys might just need some time away from each other. i know it may sound stupid but absence does make the heart grow fonder. and if it isnt space u guys need try going out for a weekend u know like a mini vacation.

It seems to me that perhaps you two just aren't right for one another. If he annoys you and you stress each other out that much. I think perhaps you've been with him so long that your attached to him and don't want to be without him. My advice is to really think this out. Are you still truely "in love" with him?
Good luck!
