I want to download a torrent which has many files and I only want three. Bticomet let's me choose what files i want to download from that torrent. The problem is that I get an error message and bitcomet shuts down. What other program can I use so I can get the files I want?

i use bittornado, it works pretty well.

I recommend azureus too, as it's much more user friendly graphics based. Also has the option you desire and more.
It asks you what files you would like to download as soon as you open the torrent.
That's if you download the most up to date version, and that you have Java installed.

Azureus is another program. It uses java which can be slow. My recommendation is uTorrent. It is fast and is almost like bitcomet but you can download more stuff.

I would uninstall and reinstall bitcomet. I have used several others and bitcomet is by far my favorite.

Try Utorrent. It's a very small file and works great!

i guess uTorrent is da best for you needs, it have what u want (choosing files) and also is very light and you dont even need to install it (is just an exe file).
