Yup. The sales tax is usually factored in to the final cost (along with all those extra fees the dealer likes to throw at you that are really just an excuse for them to get extra money).

not here in ohio. if i sell a car to a mexian who is taking it to mexico then he doesnt pay tax. and i have sold to people who do that.
