You cant just go ahead and ask her out straight off, you need to keep talking to her, and not rush in to anything. You will find the more you talk to her, and the more you get to know her, it will make it easier when you want to go out with her. Patience is the best way, the last thing a girl wants is to overwhelm her with a straight up asking out on a date! Give it a week or two and then make your move. Drop to her in a face to face conversation once you get her on you own.

Ask her out on a date, you won't know what her feelings are towards you unless you make that next step. If she says no then fine you know where you stand. If she says yes then you'll be happy. Either way you are not a mind reader you have to speak to her or you'll never know.

Just ask her out, it's simple!! Think of something nice to do and say to her, for example, hey, do you fancy meeting for a drink on Thursday, just you and me? Once you get out on the date, have fun and enjoy yourself. Should the right time show itself, kiss her. You don't need to ask her to be your girlfriend, that's too much pressure for the both of you, it should just naturally happen. Good luck.
