St Kitts is a really great place. I have been there for business several times and it is one of my favorite. Friendly people, no crime (that I have seen) and a real laid back lifestyle. I worked in the cruise industry and there will always be a need for agents who can get the boat what it need when it needs it. Go for it!

I have been to St. Kitts, but I can't really be helpful on healthcare, living, saleries as I have never checked into this. St. Kitts/Nevis are islands that are very new and upcoming into the travel industry. They just recently stopped production of sugar cane which is HUGE for them considering they have been producing it as far back as the locals can remember. They are planning to try and set up for more tourism right now. Anyways goodluck it is a nice island and the people are friendly. A little fun fact is there there are about 40,000 people and 120,000 monkeys =)
