it is realy hard being in a longdistance relationshipand want some advice to how we can make it better cause we both love one another and all but he has work that takes him out of town and all and sometimes he cant talk for days to me and i want to be able to spend more time with him should i (a)surrprise him with showing at his hotel or (b)just waiting for him to come home as they say absence make the heart grow founder right

You know i would just wait cause what if he is like way tired and or had a bad day you know? but ya it does absence makes the heart grow founder, so you will be okay just hold out i mean i'm in a long distance relationship what helps is we talk alot on the computer or textin well actaully all of them so just if you cant talk on the phone send a email or myspace message or a text you know it helps to get any kind of contact as possiable write if you have too, you will be okay

Just have something special awaiting him when he returns from one of those long trips. But if you feel that this is too much on your heart than maybe you need to re-evaluate the situation and see if you are willing to deal with this longterm. Not to doubt the power of love, it is strong enough to get you through this, but what if there's no end to this?

The first thing to do is trust him. Try to talk as much as possible. I bet he'd like it if you suprised him once in a while. Other than that just be understanding of his work and why he has to be away. Good luck.
