I'm telling you they have been working on this for a while, and I found 2 books that cover this very thing, such as 'Saul's Conversion' in bible on road to Damascus as an epilepsy attack and the blindness that follows is typical of a siezure. Funny how he stops working for High Priest (sadducee group) and then claims to be a Pharisee (another Jewish warring sect)

There are people with serious mental illness that do see things that arent there, and hear things, etc. But, all mental illness is caused by demons. Total deliverance is the ONLY cure. But, we do live in a supernatural environment. If one believes in God, and reads the Bible, the answer to this is clear, if studied out. There is a spiritual battle going on for every one of us 24 hrs. a day and 7 days a week, and 365 days of the year. Constant battle. Where God is battling to save us, and the devil is battling to be sure we dont accept God's gift of free salvation. devil determined to get us one way or the other, and so is God. We may not always be aware of this happening, but it is. Whether we like it or not, or beieve it or not, it is happening. Even the occults are aware of this supernatural world, and they will tap into the power they get from the devil. But, God tells us that because of Jesus death' the devil can have no power over us, unless we give it to him. God gives us His power and authority over the demons, and the devil himself. All we must do is claim this power, and order them to flee in the name of Jesus Christ. and then they most. When people see and hear the thingss that arent there, and suffer mental illness, it is because they hear constantly the voice of the demons in their head. confusion is of the devil. A state of mental alertness is of God.
All must become aware of this supernatural battle and deceided which side they are on. God tells us we cannot just refuse to make a choice. Because we either choose God, or the devil is the automatic alternative. We must wake up in these last days and take a stand. God offers free choice, He forces no one. what a blessing. Let us all choose the right choice which is GOD.

How laughable! Someone from today's world trying to say what happened to Saul or anyone else then! Now scientists and psychologists can time travel as well!! Amazing.
As far as the question, for supernatural such as ghosts and such, probably.
For the belief in the One True God? NO!

A psychological disorder is when the majority thinks something is abnormal, that is when it becomes a disorder. Homosexuality used to be classified as a mental disorder until DSM III came out.

I don't think so. I understand the attraction of believing in a loving god that takes a special interest in your daily achievements and sorrows, life after death, forgiveness of sins, etc. It's comforting. I think it's an easy, unsophisticated "answer" for a universe full of confusing questions, not a mental illness.
