Well the first answer would be tell your mother, but if she knows then there's not much you can do being the child. You could talk to him and see if there's anyway he could maybe hold off on all that until you and your sister are not around.

That behavior is un called for. And by the way, who is 'he' is he a brother or dad, or mom's boyfriend? That could make a difference.
Maybe the computer needs to be moved. Ask your mother to set the parental control to block those websites. I really don't know.
If your mother is close to other family like your aunts or uncles or grandparents, let them know...maybe the family telling your mother will embarrass her enough to help you guys out.

If your mother does not approve then he shouldn't be doing this in front of you. EVEN if she did approve it should not be done in front of you or your sister. I take it that the computer is out in the open like in the living room or where easily seen by you and your sister. You can ask him to NOT look at this stuff while you and your sister are present. He could wait until you both go out or until after you both go to bed. If ALL else fails talk to a counsilor at school. Believe me something will be done.

well if mom don't approve yet does nothing about it then you should at least try to stay away from him when hes doing it and if things get out of control and he whoever that may be and he starts to look at you or your sister in an uncomfortable way tell someone anyone who will listen and NO what hes doing in front of you and your sister is NOT ok good luck

Who is HE? Your father? Your mom's boyfriend? Your brother? It is NOT okay, if it makes you and your sister uncomfortable. Tell your mother she needs to stop him. She needs to tell him it's unacceptable. If he continues, tell your school counselor. She/He will tell you what your rights are and whether this man can be arrested for child endangerment. Your mother should not tolerate this. Shame on her,if she does! Anyway, if this man is looking at porn online while you are home, you and your sister can just leave. You are old enough to take her with you to a friend's house or something, right? Tell your mother you are going to do this unless she makes it clear to this man, that this is inappropriate.

Tell your mom to tell him to stop doing that when you and your sister are in the house. Tell her that you feel very uncomfortable. If she won't do this, then tell a close relative you trust like an aunt or grandmother. Don't stop telling until somebody helps you and his behavior is stopped. You should not have to be exposed to this. Your mother should not tolerate this. If she is, then she is not being a responsible parent.

You need to tell him that it is illegal for you and your sister to be seeing porn before the age of 18. It is against the law that he lets you see this. Tell your mom that things need to change or you have the right to call the cops. Especially if you protect your sister. It is important that both of you are not having to see that until you are old enough and choose to. I would call the cops if nothing is done to fix the problem.

That is totally out of line. It shows disrespect for his own children and for women in general. Talk to your mom about it again. Tell her that it is a form of abuse. Girls learn about men from their father. Your father is setting a terrible example.

I wouldn't get too extreme about it, unless there are other things going on beyond what you've said.

I think leaving the room is very good advice.
