Think about it... what do you want in your
body? What nature intended or what man
has engineered to increase yield, profits, etc.
by using toxic chemicals as fertilizers and
pesticides, the residue of which remains
on the food - putting additional strain on
your body organs in trying to eliminate
these toxins. Ever wonder why there are
so many diseases that weren't around 100
years ago? Could there be a connection?

No. There are many cases of ecoli viruses getting into organic foods. As an example, some babies have died recently because organic milk had ecoli in it. Also there is the bagged spinach in over 23 states that is showing up with ecoli. Raw, non-cooked foods can kill you.
Medical science has also proven that there really is no added health benefit to eating organic either. The only thing you are doing is paying more for the food. Plus, many organic foods coming in from other countries will not go through FDA inspections, which is what helps keep regular food safe to eat. Why risk it?

I bought organic strawberries and they went bad after a day. I know they are all natural and supposed to be better for you, but I think I would get my money's worth and longer life out of my foods if I bought them already treated. I think the only thing good about organic foods is that they don't have any pesticides. That's what the whole spinach thing is about. Sometimes, things go wrong with treating crops. In the long run, organic is best, but I'll eat what's on sale.

Absolutely! Think about it, we are organic, our bodies are not designed to cosume and effectively process chemicals that is in the food we eat. That is why we have disease, our bodies can only handle so much. As for the first answer, you can buy organic meat, they just feed the animals organic food and treat them much better. If you have other questions, pick up any one of Kevin Trudeau's' books, they have a wealth of knowledge on this subject. Take care!

You're right... there was e-coili outbreak in Walkerville and even those that use animal manure for composting got it and that includes
vegetarian. 100% organic is only good if it isn't from animals.. it should be from clover and mushrooms, also hay can be used to to help make compost for the garden. Make your own 100% organic foods by growing them and fertilizing and enriching your soil yourself with your own compost.. The commercial stuff you buy you can't trust. You usually can trust people at the farmers market unless they have a commercial truck advertising commercial product!

not to be inappropiate....but for answering purposes.
FOOD is like sex.
do you want to have sex with someone you don't know.....or with someone with many lovers that you do not know about. or do you want to know that persons status and past first?
FOOD on that same side of the token is like organic versus NON organic. DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT TYPE OF FOOD the cow/chicken/turkey/fish ate? or do you not care if the condition of life the animal had or do you not care what they ate and how often?
for instance.....SAFEWAY/NOBHILL/RALEYS have regular chickens that are YELLOW in color.
ORGANIC section/stores= white chicken. DUE to the ALL CORN DIET that main chicken farms give their chicken=yellow corn looking chicken.
but if you have an organic chicken and a regular store bought inORGANIC chicken both sitting in front of you=you will see a HUGE difference. what's the big deal they just feed them corn????HELLO!!!! corn is not what chicken's naturally eat TONS of nonstop.
these regular farm grown chickens do not have the full spectrum of nutrition or full exercise etc. THE regular chickens do not have good execerise and are usually LESS meaty and bulked up with fat, are less dense with tissue, plumper and higher is cholesterol and have the DEPRESSED/ANXIETY hormones SO HIGH in their system/tissue.
organic chickens are pure white in color, natural, more slender, less fatty, more densi in tissue and shown to have less negative hormones in their system/tissue.
go to WHOLEFOODS.com and to vegan diet/nutrition websites. it's amazing to see it. CONSIDER....you are what you eat.

Not enough tests to prove anything, but just the taste alone could change your mind.
