does anybody live in stichley, telford, if so what is the area like please, i have been offered a house there but i have been told it has a bad crime rate, could somebody please help. thanks

hi im from oakengates about 5 miles away but now live in sevenoaks kent. Stirchley is a **** hole & one with no soul or centre. Though it may have a few nice expensive houses but there is a lot of car crime drugs break ins & also gangs of youths who cause havoc.
Around the telford area its much of a muchness good & bad Ironbridge is nice as is horsehay & a few places in oakengates

telford is to the west of birmingham near the welsh border. telford has lots of jobs and a low unemployment rate. I've been there lots of times -- I have family there - everywhere has a bad crime rate -- come on its the E generation 2006

Big mistake to move to Telford.
Go to Exeter or vicinity and enjoy life.
