I live in the US but if I had a Q like this I would speak to my Clergy to get the facts not guesses from here. I would think it would be easier for you than for her.

If you are C of E (he means Church of England - Episcopal in the USA) speak to your Vicar and take his advice. I would consider carefully and be sure that her family are in agreement with the decisions that the two of you make.
Marriages between couples of different religions or ethnic backgrounds can have unique problems - in addition to all the usual ones that all marriages have!
Before you marry, discuss and agree upon, which religion any children will be raised in, how you will deal with Christmas, Ramadan, Easter etc.
