my ex girlfriend and I have gotten together and broken up twice. The other day she told me that she notices a huge difference in me, mainly that I seem stressed, and sad, and let everything bother me when I am not with her. I admit life is alot better with her in it and I probably do act this way, but can it really be this noticeable? Why do I keep doing this?

It's kinda like when we "know" your cheating. Our inner self just screams these things at us. It's not a gift it's intuition. When we really care about someone we want with everything in us...for them to succeed and and make the right choices. When you are hurting or doing something you shouldn't we are just in tune with that. Mainly because girls focus so much on you...and our feelings. Unlike Men, who tend to tune out the things that are uncomfortable.

You just may have a strong personality, but then again a person who is really in tuned with the person they love would notice everything even the invisible bubbles over your head when you're silent. There's nothing wrong with loving your partner that much however, if she told you "You seem stressed, and sad, and let everything bother me when I am not with her" she may feel as though you are too dependent or needy in the relationship.

Depending on how long you have been with her, she has probably learned you! Like how you act when you are upset, or what facial expressions you express. It is all about observing body lingo and paying attention to your actions during different aspects of your life.
When I am with someone, I watch their facial expressions, their habbits, look for interests, listen to everything he says,...basically learning what I can about him!

cause its not noticable to you... your miserable, for happy people its very apparent, especially when you let everything bother you, I sometimes do to, but just put your favorite CD on, and try and smile you know, relax enjoy some levity, and take out everything you got and do it in the BUTT

It can definitely be noticeable....especially to women...we know these things. We can sense them. I don't understand why you are doing it either.....you can hear real feelings through your question.
