I'm asking if you'd still be sexually attracted to her and in love with her. or is it possible to still love her but just not find her to be attractive anymore?

The physical attraction is almost guaranteed to disappear and with it will go the passion. It's still possible to love her for who she is, but with the physical attraction gone, a romantic relationship will definitely become strained (at the very least).
Personally, I'd be concerned also. If someone puts on that much weight in a short time, there's an issue.

if a man fell in love with you he should love you reguardless of if you grained weight. i think we would like to hug and hold some one with some meat on them than hug a pole.
