Sound like anxiety. It is a complex combination of emotions that includes fear, apprehension and worry, and is often accompanied by physical sensations such as nausea, chest pain and/or shortness of breath. For people who feel anxious and don't know why, it is worthwhile to sort out whether the anxiety is over a particular circumstance or a more abstract existential worry. Try stress management. This may entail changes in lifestyle and time management. There are a number of books specialized in stress management. Start taking nutritional supplements such as magnesium and B-complex vitamins. Alcoholic drinks are probably the most widely used substance for the alleviation of anxiety. Also try relaxation techniques, like yoga or massages.

yes, you are nervous. I'm getting married next year, have been with him for 7 years, and am STILL nervous! It's a lot of work, a lot of variables (things can go wrong). It doesn't mean that you are having second thoughts, just that you are nervous that something will go wrong. And it probably will! Just relax, and understand that some things you have NO control over. And the most important thing is not the wedding. It's the marriage. Have fun! And good luck ;)

The weeks only earlier my wedding ceremony were the worst. i changed into wishing I had only eloped or gotten a wedding ceremony planner, because i changed into so dissatisfied that I wasn't waiting to income from the entire procedure. i understand how annoying it really is... what you want is a sturdy pal (or in my case, mom) who received't only help you get your stuff at the same time, yet will provide help to vent and nevertheless love you on your grouchy state. My advice? shop issues in attitude. in the route of the very very previous few weeks, somewhat than stress your self out thoroughly attempting to get each little thing done, cut back out what you do not choose (in my case, menu playing cards) and concentrate on the belongings you could not do without (in my case, classes, guidelines to the reception, and favors). shop in ideas what's somewhat important right here... the initiating of a life-time inclusive of the single which you adore. trust me, no count number how problematic you try, something received't flow as planned (in my case, I forgot the garter and we both forgot to p.c.. in a single day bags... no longer many Brides get to placed on their wedding ceremony gown the subsequent day!). yet you recognize what? those quirky moments are those which will make you giggle later... and if you're somewhat tuned into what the marriage day is all about, you'll be able to giggle about it on your wedding ceremony day. only breathe...

As time gets closer every bride starts to think about the little details of her day. What if i rip my dress, what if birds come out of the sky and poke holes in my dress. weather the concern is something realistic or something way out of this world she has them. The only thing you can do is try to breath. when you feel your self overcome with this feeling take a break, breath in really deep and just picture your groom standing at the end of the aisle waiting for you. It's a really good exercise, you should try it . And best of luck on your day, I'm sure it will be beautiful.

pre-wedding jitters. You probably are a little nervous but don't realize. You are also a little stressed to, I bet. All that rolled up together would give anybody an "icky" feeling. Hope everything goes OK and congratulations.

You may not be nervous about actually getting married, but you may be nervous about the wedding itself...will everything be perfect, etc....what if this or that happens...
I find that the more organized I am, the less this happens. Get you wedding stuff completely done and in order for your big day so that you don't have to worry when it comes!
Congratulations!

Yes, you are nervous!!! It's not that you're nervous about being married...it's that you're nervous about the event!
If you weren't, I'd worry about you!
Honestly, it's a big thing, getting married, and then you have a whole bunch of people there, watching you do it, and expecting nothing but the best in entertainment and dining! Who wouldn't be nervous?

You might not be nervours about getting married but sometimes brides get nervous about the details of the wedding wanting to make it perfect, wondering what others will think, and also being the center of attention.

You're nervous and stressed. Take a deep breath, and remember that everything will be fine! Start delegating some tasks to friends and family.
