if you had to make the choice what would it be?

Me? If I did something so horrible that i was sentenced to one of these? I would choose prison. I would have to spend the rest of my life making it up to the people I hurt.

If I were innocent I would definitely choose life in prison. With all of the advances being made in forensic science many life sentences are being overturned. If I were guilty I would probably still choose life in prison. I would use that time to try and atone for my sins. There is actually a world within a world inside prison. I could work with other, younger offenders that were to scheduled to be released and try and make a difference in their lives.

both are extreme decisions but in a way if you where to go to prison a new life would pan itself out and you would end up making friends having visitors and doing courses. but then again you should have stated what kind of prison and in which country because that would definitely have been harder to digest. but yeah the answer rest of my life in prison rather than being executed!

If it was via lethal injection I would rather be executed because I would say it is not death I fear but dying in a lot of pain and with lethal injection I think you basically go to sleep forever. I would chose death although I would not like to get the electric chair because I don't even like getting an electric shock never mind all those volts going through you. I would never like to experience the rest of my life in prison because my freedom to go where I want when I want is very valuable to me, and to have that taken away would be a fate worse than death to me and probably drive me insane.

Prison... Once I'd gotten through the tough bit at the beginning, beaten up and such like, it would be an easy life. You get fed, exercised, kept healthy. Free medical treatment, TV, pool, other entertainment. Prison is enjoyed these days. It's not really a punishment anymore.

Life in Prison! Willy's cynical thought for the fugging day;

Getting old is something that just happens, if you're so lucky, I never expected to be this old! But this is vastly preferable to the other freaking alternative! So before ya start calling me old why don't you just kill yourself NOW; while you're young and beautiful?

Executed. Why spend the rest of my life being miserable knowing I'll never get out. Just kill me and get it over with.

Prison: life is so beautiful and the only thing I'd need would be books and my imagination...

What about you?

executed. Why spend the tax payers money to keep me alive and well? That would just mean the people I did whatever to would have to pay for my crime as well. Thats not right.

Executed. Lay me on a table and give me drugs. I could not handle jail. I'd be too scared.
